Two straight notes. First, a cash out is priced by the book: fair value is the potential return divided by the current odds. The list was last updated in September 2023 and shows no permit numbers. Kahnawake gives operators 45 days to settle a complaint before you can take it to the Commission, and one self-exclusion request covers every Kahnawake-permitted site at once.
